About Ayanna Gray-Bolden, Nurse Practitioner

Ayanna Gray-Bolden, CRNP serves as a certified registered nurse practitioner with the Delaware Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine of Christiana Care. Ayanna completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1998 at the University of Delaware, then earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Ayanna began her nursing career at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery where she functioned in roles as a charge nurse, OR nurse, triage nurse and RN educator. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware in 2010. After becoming board certified as a Nurse Practitioner, she then transitioned into a Maternal Fetal Medicine nurse practitioner role at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania caring for both high risk pregnant women inpatient, hospitalized with complications in pregnancy/postpartum periods and high-risk women outpatient for prenatal care until 2021 after which she joined our practice in June of 2021.
