About Candace Finch

Candace Finch, CRNP serves as a certified registered nurse practitioner with the Delaware Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine of Christiana Care. Candace completed her first Bachelors of Science obtained from the University of Pittsburgh in Health and Rehabilitation Science in 2005. She then completed a second Bachelor’s of Science degree from Eastern University in Nursing in 2010. She completed her Master of Science in 2018 at Widener University and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Family Medicine. Candace has over 14 years of experience in her nursing career with the most recent 4 as a nurse practitioner. Throughout her nursing career she has worked at various institutions including the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and private Internal Medicine and Family Practice. She has worked with many patient populations across the life span caring for patients in Surgical Intensive Care unit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Med/Surgical units, and Thoracic oncology. She also has experience in chronic disease management including hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and women’s health.
